Buzz received a kidney transplant on Thursday July 20th!! Thank you to everyone who donated, prayed for him, and supported us this last year and a half! Here’s to the next chapter!!

Darwin (who goes by Buzz) had his whole life flipped upside down this past March.

Buzz was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease in March of 2022. Up until this point, he was the “master welder, painter, upholsterer, and fixer of anything broken”. He was the fun Papa Bear to his 7 grandbabies, who showed them what camping, and fishing was all about. He is unable to do any of those things now, and this has completely broken him. The bills are piling up quickly, with past due notices coming in, and payment plans that we cannot manage.

This has been a complete life changing event for him, and I am asking everyone to help so that maybe a part of his life can go back to normal.
