David Haldi

We would like to introduce you to Dave Haldi.

Dave is one of the kindest, most loving and loyal, strongest, and hardest working people we know and are so lucky to be able to call him a husband, Dad, Grandpa, Veteran, retired police officer, and friend. He has spent all of his life giving instead of receiving, helping others, and expecting nothing in return. We watched him leave home every night for work as a state police officer in Chicago and saw him work extra jobs to provide for his family.

Dave has never been one to turn away someone in need, always putting others before himself. He continues to be there for everyone else, even today when his body is failing him. Dave desperately needs a kidney to save his life. What if today you help him receive a lifesaving gift? Will you please help us save him?

It is our turn now to try to help him because we are not ready to lose this special man. Unfortunately, a kidney transplant, recovery, and follow-up appointments in Indianapolis all come with additional expenses, both for the lifesaving donor and Dave.

We are asking for your help to spread the word in hopes that you or someone you know may be willing and able to help us raise some of the funds necessary to offset the expenses that insurance does not provide for, such as travel for appointments, anti-rejection medicines and copays for both Dave and his Donor.
