David McCauley

Family and friends of David McCauley are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with his spinal cord injury. David lives in Brooklyn, NY and was treated at Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia. David continues to participate in physical therapy on a part-time basis.
