DAWYANE NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Dawayne West is a 26-year-old male That lived a normal life until July 30th, 2022 when he was Diagnosed with Kidney Failure due to Covid 19 and needed Emergency Dialysis Treatment to survive.

Dawayne has been on dialysis since August 4th 2022 to Preserve Kidney Function. Dawayne is awaiting approval for a Kidney transplant.

Before Dialysis Dawayne’s hobbies included playing Football, raising his children and working in healthcare Helping children and adults with special needs.

Since the Diagnosis Dawayne struggles with Depression due to not being able to work and provide for his family as well as not having the freedom to do as he pleases Due to being on Dialysis.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to medical expenses associated With Dawayne’s Kidney Transplant. Dawayne and his family appreciates all donations.
