Diamond Lewis

My name is Diamond Lewis, and I’m a proud mother and woman of faith who is fighting for another chance at life.

I’ve battled stage 5 kidney failure, along with heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, and have faced the life-changing challenge of an amputation. My body has endured more than I could have ever imagined but through it all, my faith has never wavered. I continue to believe that God is not finished with me yet.

Due to recent health complications, I am currently on emergency hemodialysis for the next few weeks. These treatments are keeping me stable until I can return to my regular peritoneal dialysis routine by God’s grace, that transition will happen soon.

My ultimate goal and my only path toward a full, healthy life is a kidney transplant. But the journey to get there is costly. Between hospital stays, travel for medical appointments, ongoing treatments, and recovery expenses, the financial weight has been overwhelming.

That’s why I’ve partnered with Help Hope Live to safely receive donations on my behalf.

My fundraising goal is $16,000, which will go directly toward transplant-related costs, medical travel, recovery care, and life-sustaining medications not fully covered by insurance.

This journey isn’t just about me it’s about my daughter Aniyah, my son Keymari, my sister Jasper, my mother Lita, my family, friends, and community members who give me the strength to keep fighting. They are my reason. They are my “why.”
