Diana Cain

My name is Diana Cain and I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis in January of 2002.

I have been on and off Oxygen for several years now. Pulmonary Fibrosis is a disease that stiffens the lungs to where you have a hard time breathing. I have 37% lung function left. I am being considered for a double lung transplant through the Cleveland Clinic.

I am doing fundraising with the nonprofit Help Hope Live. Some expenses are not covered by insurance. I would be relocating for at least 2 months after my transplant. Donations would help me with medications and transportation and lodging till I get home. I only have social security to live on.
