Diana, a young mother to her 9-year-old son Liam, has been battling Chronic Kidney Disease since the age of 24. Unfortunately, her condition has reached a critical point and she is currently facing kidney function less than 10%.

Despite the challenges posed by her chronic health condition, she remains resilient, leading a positive and productive life. Diana is known for her compassionate nature, always lending a helping hand to those in need and carrying a spirit of optimism.

My family and friends are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
