Diana Wilson

Hello! Family and friends of Diana Wilson are raising money to fund out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with her double lung transplant, through a nonprofit called Help Hope Live. Diana has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.

She’s lived with interstitial lung disease for ten years. Prior to her transplant on Nov. 21st, life was getting extremely difficult; even with her oxygen on high, she was out of breath and in pain with the slightest movement because her lungs could not support her. New lungs arrived just in time, and Diana is so grateful for a second chance at life!

The post-transplant road is not easy though; a full regimen of medications, appointments and lifestyle changes, especially during the first year as she is at higher risk of infection and her body rejecting her new lungs. Along with this new chance at life comes enormous medical bills and costs associated with her rehabilitation. If you are able to make a tax-deductible donation of any amount to decrease her medical debt, it will help her move forward during this critical time in her recovery.
