Edgar Woodbury

Blessed to be a husband to a wonderful woman and father to two super children, Charles needs your support to be able to continue to support and bless the lives of his family and you, his friends. Over the past five to six years Charles began to experience issues breathing. Suffering from other auto-immune issues, he believed it was merely infections he was dealing with due to the immune suppressant drugs he takes. However, in September 2024 he found it was much worse than he thought. Charles requires a Lung Transplant. He is a dedicated worker and provider for his family. While the cost of the procedure and the medicines is ongoing, the family needs help to cover the costs while he and his wife, Alyssa (required to be a 24/7 caregiver), are out of work for a 3 to 6-month period post-surgery. He is an Eagle Scout who still embodies the oath and laws instilled in him to bless the lives of others in his path. He is a devoted Christian who loves to do his duty to God and his country.

Family and friends of Edgar Charles Woodbury V are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. Charles has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
