My name is Edward Ray Harbin, I am a United States veteran and I am in desperate need of your help.

I have been diagnosed with a terminal lung disease called IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis). I have been informed that I am in the final stages of this disease and am a candidate for a lung transplant. I will be required to stay in Nashville for 3 months after the transplant. Obviously, this will be very expensive and I live on a fixed income and I still have to maintain my residence in Jonesboro, Arkansas and expenses in Nashville. I have insurance however it will not cover this cost. I will need to rent a place there and buy food and gas for three months.

As stated, my insurance will only pay for certain medical essentials. Even though I need this transplant to live there is only so much the insurance will do so the burden of uncovered expenses is on me.

I never thought I would have to ask for help for anything but I truly need a miracle. Donations to Help Hope Live will help to make it possible to have the transplant and be able to stay at the hospital as required, I am asking for you consideration for a donation for my life.
