I have interstitial disease and I need a lung transplant. This transplant will save my life.

I would love to get healthy enough to do activities I enjoy such as playing soccer but the most important thing for me is to be able to work and provide for my family. I have three daughters, ages 10, 6 and 9 months and I want to be a part of their lives. My parents live in Honduras and I want to be able to fly on a plane to visit them. My sister is pregnant and going to have a baby soon and I don’t want to miss out on being an uncle, father and a part of my family’s lives. My family wants me to live, this is our number one priority.
