As some of you may already know, I have been diagnosed with Acute Systolic Congestive Heart Failure. I have been living with this condition for almost 2 years. After numerous tests and physicals, it was determined that a heart transplant is what I needed. I am asking for your donation to help with medical expenses that are not covered by insurance. I am currently on the transplant list and will be until a matching donor is found. It could be a week, a month, a year, five or even ten years.
