I am a father and husband, and my desire is to provide for my family in the best way possible. Recently, I was told that my heart is at 16% strength. I need to have a transplant. When we moved here, we left our family in Egypt and are working hard to make a life for ourselves here. My wife and 3 sons are hoping that I continue to live and support them.
