Gregory Wright

Greg Wright received a donor heart February 27, 2020 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Six years later, Greg has resumed a full and productive life. He formally retired at the end of May, 2025, after close to five decades of professional service.

Greg and his wife, Vicki, have resided in Lititz, Pa. (Warwick Township) since 1990.

Greg, Vicki, and daughters Megan and Jessica are very grateful for the support received for his Help Hope Live campaign, which began in December, 2025, roughly two months prior to transplant. Thanks to the many contributions from family, friends and colleagues, Greg raised more than $18,000 to help offset medical and transportation expenses following transplant. As of March, 2026, approximately 45 percent of the funds raised have been utilized.

These donations have helped Greg achieve peace of mind as it has eased the financial burden of post-surgical costs.

Greg has set a positive example with an optimistic attitude and strong faith,. His donor heart has shown zero rejection indicators since surgery.
