Hi!!! When I was born my family was informed, I had a congenital heart condition called TGA or transposition of the great arteries. I had my first surgery at two days old. Since then I’ve had many procedures at last count. I was just over 200 in my 50 years of being here. I’ve had my lung removed. I have a pacemaker. I also have degenerative disc disease in my back, which causes a great deal of pain. Among other conditions. Now im here looking at a Transplant because of Heart failure. My heart just isn’t functioning like it should anymore so I am starting a journey, tomorrow is my first visit to Find out the process and what else is going to happen in the next bit while we figure it all out. If there is any you could help that would be this fantastic. It’s hard when we have to come several hours away from where we home and my husband not working those times and not having The financial stability that we need to stay in hotels , eat, get gas and pay our bills.

Family and friends of are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. Heather has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
