James Has had a long battle with heart disease it has come to a critical point in his recovery.
Special thanks to The Gift of life program and all the Dedicated Doctors on the Heart transplant team it was a success .

We’re asking Family and Friends to join us in fundraising for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help with critical expenses James has and will face for medication expense that he will need to take the rest of his life. While James has Health Insurance many Transplant expenses are surprising not covered such as anti rejection medication he needs to take for the rest of his life. James has been told to anticipate upwards of $500 to $ 1000 per month for medication alone.

Donations to Help Hope Live can ease the Financial burden of a heart Transplant and allow James to focus on a healthy recovery and a long life ahead with his Family, friends and Loved ones.

Family and friends of James Gay are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
