Wife/mother/grandmother JanElle S. desperately needs your help!

After a diagnosis of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) turned End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), a nearly three-year journey of medical appointments and dialysis treatment ensued. Then came the miracle of a successful kidney transplant, but it came with several costs.

We’re asking family, friends, and other compassionate souls to join us in fundraising for the non-profit Help Hope Live to help with critical expenses JanElle is facing since her surgery and the weeks following her discharge.

JanElle has always lived a positive and productive life and wishes to continue striving for her dream to be in a position to help others and to make her community a better place for all to live in.

Now, JanElle has health insurance, but surprisingly many transplant and post-transplant expenses are not covered. JanElle has been told to anticipate upwards $7,500 for post-transplant care and costs.

Donations to Help Hope Live can help ease this financial burden to allow JanElle to focus on a healthy recovery and a long life with her family, friends, and many others in the community.
