Janice Tolbert-Bell

Dear Family and Friends,
My mother, Janice Tolbert-Bell is a spiritual lively asset to our family, church and community. She is suffering from end stage kidney failure and is in need of a kidney transplant. Because of her illness she is unable to continue working with the Lansing School District and operating a license Daycare. Janice is a member of the Friendship Baptist Church and serves on several axillaries. She is also a coach for the Lansing Park and recreation Tee-ball team and working with the Lansing PTA.
Her desire is to live and to be able to return to being an asset to her family, church family and community. My mother is looking forward to once again enjoying life with her six children and fourteen grandchildren. She believes that this surgery is God’s will. I will be donating my kidney to my mother.
However the kidney transplant is very costly. There are many uninsured medical expenses such as medications, continued doctor visits and the living expenses during the time of transplant. She needs the help of family and the community to get through this difficult time.
