Janine Goldberg

On July 24, 2015, Janine was seriously injured in a one-story fall in San Francisco. She suffered a traumatic brain injury and a complete T-12 spinal cord injury that left her paralyzed from the waist down.

Janine has spent the past year working hard to recover from her injuries. Her incredible spirit has kept her going through extreme pain, suffering and hardship. But she refuses to give up and her smile still shines brightly. Today, she is in rehab five days a week, continuing the push to get herself better.

The costs of Janine’s rehab and care far exceed what insurance covers. To help with these costs, a fundraising campaign in her honor has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years.
