Hello, my name is JD Dixon let me tell you a little bit about myself! I am 54 years old a father to three amazing young woman and I also have three wondaful grandchildren In 2009 i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Unfortunately this lead to diabetic neuropathy into reno failure in 2018. I have been waiting for how about 5 or 6 years for a transplant! Now i have always been full of life from sports to traveling to just spending quality time with the family playing games and having a good laugh! But i have to say my reno diagnosis its been a little harder to be that man and I pray for the day I can get back to my old self! Since I’ve been sick I have had to miss out on a lot of family events and other things as well! Unfortunately due to my heath i am unable to work and get state health insurance which only covers part of my medical expenses and traveling back and fourth to Madison and hotel stays as well! I just wanted to give you a little about myself before asking for any donations for this very lie saving surgery! I am in need of your help so I can get back to my being me again and helping provide for my family! Nothing would make me more proud to be a provider again and to be healthy!
