Our friend Jeremy needs us now more than ever. At 17, he bravely fought a rare autoimmune liver disease (PSC) and won more time than doctors ever expected. But after Covid triggered an immune response, his health has plummeted. 15 blood transfusions, two bouts of sepsis, bacterial heart infection and daily infusions. Now he faces the fight of his life.

Without a transplant, doctors say Jeremy has less than a year.We are around a year.

The good news: he has passed his annual exams to remain listed. So he has been approved for a transplant. Last month his score went up so that advances him on the list. Surgery could be as soon as May-June!!!

The hard part: he cannot do this alone.

We are raising funds through Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit that ensures every donation is used strictly for medical and related expenses. All contributions are tax-deductible and managed with full fiscal accountability.

These funds will help cover urgent costs a place to stay near the hospital for 3 months, medications, physical therapy, and the 24/7 care Jeremy will need after surgery. Family and friends will rotate donating their time to be with him for those 3 months.
