Family and friends of Jeremy Winningham are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Catastrophic Illness. Jeremy has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.

Hello everyone, friends and family of me Jeremy Winningham. I was born with Spina Bifida at birth and many complications arise throughout my life. Spina Bifida is where my spine did not completely come together before I was born. One of the biggest things is that I am in a wheelchair. My family and I have been trying to get everything needed for me to succeed in life. If you don’t know me I am one of the happiest kiddos for all I go through in a day. My smile will make your frown turn upside-down instantly! So my amazing, loving, superstar mom who is a single mother has this campaign for me to raise funds for a wheelchair accessible van that has a ramp so I can easily transfer myself in and out to be able to go places. My mom works so hard to get everything I need and makes sure my sister and I have everything we need. It would mean the world to my family and I to get a van for my needs. If you can’t donate, prayers are always, always needed. As I am getting older I do need to get a vehicle set up for my needs to not help me but my whole family. If you are able to donate it would mean so much to me.
