Jeri Cisneros

Hi. My name is Jeri Cisneros. I’m 55 years old and a fairly new mom to 3 wonderful boys. My husband is Jose Cisneros. Our boys are Dalton, 9; Ayden, 6; and Kian, 3. Dalton has cerebral palsy and Kian is blind due to a traumatic brain injury. We adopted Kian in August of 2018. We adopted Dalton in June of 2019. Ayden is our great nephew and brother to Kian. Our family is a little unusual, but I wouldn’t trade them for anything!

I was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 renal failure. After several visits to my nephrologist, I was referred to UAB kidney Transplant Clinic in Birmingham, AL. They informed me that I need a kidney transplant. I am currently on the waiting list at UAB kidney Transplant Clinic.

I am asking that you consider this request prayerfully. I do believe in prayer and I know that God can heal me. I also know that we have to prepare for this.

My husband, children, and I thank you from our hearts and appreciate you even considering this.

I am a fairly new mom to these boys. I would love to be able to live for years to see them grow up and live their lives. I tell them every day that the only limits in life they have are the limits they set for themselves.
