Hi, I’m Jessica. I am a mom to two awesome boys, and my husband who’s been my rock. About a year ago, I was told I need a liver transplant. Words I never imagined hearing especially at 35.

Life has slowed down in ways I didn’t expect. Every laugh and silly joke from my boys, every hug from my husband, every day means more now than ever.

This transplant is my chance to keep being their mom, to see my boys grow up, and to grow old with the man I love. Gods got me, but I need some help. The medical costs are overwhelming.
