As many of you know now, I am at Mayo in Jacksonville, FL awaiting a double lung transplant.
When I was 15 I had a thing called an AVM in my lung. It was found and corrected. Then in 2017, I had another that we were not aware of. It burst and caused my lung to collapse. Then in 2018, I was diagnosed with idiopathic Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. They believe the events from 2017 caused this.

I began oxygen therapy and medications at that time. We are now at the point those things are no longer working, so we are now here for a transplant. We know that the Lord has his hand in all of this and has great things in store for my future. I will one day be going around giving my testimony and telling people about the Lord.

We are not sure how long we will be here before the transplant, but we are waiting on the best set of lungs possible. We know that once I receive my transplant I will be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks and then we will have to relocate to Jacksonville for at least 3-4 months after. Then we will come once a month for the next year. Then once every two months and so on and so on. During this time we will of course, have many additional expenses.
