James Slusarzyk

Hi my name is Jim Slusarzyk, many of you know me by Jimmer.

I grew up in Laurium, MI., the son of Jim and Shirley Slusarzyk, and have three sisters, Jamie, Jill, Julie. I also have 2 wonderful children, son Andrew, and daughter Cora.
Several years ago my life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. I was devastated thinking I may never see my children get married or meet any possible grandchildren.
I have been receiving dialysis since 2018 and in the process of getting on the Kidney Transplant list. Along with this comes along list of Transplant related expenses. I don’t want to give up now and with your help I may have a happy ending to my journey.
