My name is Joe, and I’m raising funds through Help Hope Live as I battle end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Through every challenge, one thing has remained constant—my bond with my two kids, Jayden and Jaslyn. We’ve always been a team, and we face this journey together.

Living with ESRD means I depend on dialysis to survive while I wait and hope for the chance at a kidney transplant. While this is physically and emotionally exhausting, I continue to push through it for myself and for my kids, because being present and healthy for them matters more than anything.

The funds raised through Help Hope Live go directly toward medical-related expenses, including dialysis, transplant-related care, medications, and other necessary treatment costs. This support helps ease the financial burden of my illness so I can focus on my health and on being the father my kids need.
