John is in need of your help!

Diabetes is a terrible disease. It takes a heavy toll on those who suffer from it, and the families who have to support its victim. John has been dealing with it for many years, and in that time has had it damage his eyes, feet, nerves, and the ultimate strike, his kidneys. John now depends on nightly dialysis treatments to replace the function of his kidneys. Although an effective stop gap measure, he cannot continue on it forever. In order to return to a more normal life that doesn’t require being tied to a machine, John needs a kidney transplant.

This is a very expensive procedure. It requires locating a donor, performing a major surgical procedure, and then a lifetime of expensive anti-rejection drugs to maintain the health of this critical organ. For all of this to happen, John needs the love and support of all of his family and friends. To that end he has partnered with Help, Hope, Live; a non-profit fund dedicated to administering this fund raising drive to provide John with the life-saving help he needs. This will be a chance to help John stay alive and active and to enjoy the freedom to enjoy his family, church, and maybe even return to work without having to worry about hooking up to a machine every night just to stay alive.

Donations to Help, Hope, Live will help ease the financial burdens of transplant surgery and ongoing maintenance drugs and allow John to live a longer, healthy and happy life.
