Jon Needs Your Help

Jon Fedullo, the son of Angela Fedullo of Middleton, needs a heart transplant and needs the help of his community to make it happen. Transplants are lifesaving but very expensive.

In October, Jon a 24-year-old young man was diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome, a genetic disorder which the most serious complication involves the heart. He is no longer able to get around on his own to enjoy simple daily activities such as driving his car, hanging out with friends, and just enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Jon is now completely dependent on Intravenous Heart medicine (Milrinone). His only chance to return to good health and a longer better life is a heart transplant.

Jon is currently on the list to receive a heart transplant. But, funding this life-saving procedure is a monumental task, as there will be many medical expenses not covered by insurance: co-pays, anti-rejection medications, travel expenses to the hospital and appointments, and more are adding up that the family can’t handle alone.
