Hello, I’m Jon. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my campaign page. Whether you are able to make a contribution or are simply here to read my story, I deeply appreciate your presence and send my love your way.

I am 29 years old and was diagnosed originally in 2011 but have been disabled since 2015. I battle a rare brain condition known as Chiari Malformation, alongside two closely related conditions: scoliosis and syringomyelia (a syrinx in the spinal cord). Living with these three diseases means facing chronic back pain and debilitating migraines on a daily basis. On top of this neurological battle, I have also been fighting recurring, chronic infections—including MRSA—since 2015.

Right now, I am facing a variety of critical, unmet medical needs. The advanced care and interventions I urgently require have the potential to drastically improve my quality of life, relieve my severe pain, and keep me safe. Because my household’s financial situation is grim, I cannot cover these mounting costs on my own.
