Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

As you know my name is Joshua Daye. The reason for this fundraiser is because I am now at the top of the kidney transplant waiting list. I’ve been on dialysis for 6 years now and I’ve been going to get it done for 3 days a week. Doing dialysis takes me away from time with my family my wife and 2 stepsons who are my kids even though I am not the biological father. This fundraiser is to help me with medical bills and medication once I receive my kidney. It will be greatly appreciated if you guys can contribute.
