WILL YOU BE GOD’S HANDS?

Joyce Halfacre needs a miracle! Diagnosed in 2000 with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Joyce is now on the lung transplant list at Baylor. Her only chance for survival is a double lung transplant. She is currently functioning on 20% lung capacity which makes just walking from room to room feel like running a marathon. Joyce and her husband have been away from their home and family in Odessa since December 28th and have missed the birth of their grandson. Joyce longs to be the Grammy she was created to be for her grandkids, but this will only happen through the grace of God and your help.
The expenses associated with the procedures required to make Joyce well are astronomical. Family and friends are helping, but it is falling short of the funds that will be needed for the transplant. Our prayer is that God will provide for Joyce’s needs through those He is leading to give.

To assist Joyce with her out-of-pocket expenses, a fundraising campaign in her honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for 30 years.
