Our story:

We have struggled with liver disease for 15 years. We were told in 2005 there was nothing that could be done. We did not know at the time, but our journey had begun.

I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hepatitis Cirrhosis. In 2016 I suffered four esophageal ruptures at the same time. The Doctors explained to my family my chances of surviving the surgery we’re not good but death was sure without it.

God’s hand brought us through. I have had over 25 bandings in all. Now we face kidney failure. Currently we are waiting on a liver at VUMC.

We recently found out that I have cancer in my uterus and ovaries. Due to the need for a liver, I cannot have a hysterectomy because my liver could not handle the surgery. Im asking for good thoughts and prayers throughout this rough journey for my family and I. I would appreciate any donations made as well as a huge thank you in advance.
