Help Hope Live for Kathy Robinson
- Family and friends of Kathy Robinson are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. Kathy has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses. I had my transplant 7/2006 and have done great so far, but due to the anti rejection meds being so high we raised money before my transplant in order to be able to take care of this gift of life. Then found out about a week ago the Co. we had raised with just shut their doors and not even a number to reach them with. When I sent for my meds to be paid for never heard back from them and could reach no one. This really worries me because my transplant was needed due to autoimmune. Therefore I never know what medical needs I will have. Like this liver started failing 2011 and I was in the hospital 14 days for them to get it turned back around and me on meds to keep it that way. But I do know I will have to be on the anti rejection meds and prednisone as long as I live.
