MY SON NEEDS YOUR HELP!

I am writing this letter on behalf of my son, Keith Roberts, who has Poems Syndrome and is in need of a bone marrow transplant, a bathroom remodel for accessibility, and a wheel chair ramp.

We are looking forward to your financial support as the transfusion will cost an estimated $10,000.00. I have not solicited any estimates on the home modifications or wheel chair ramp. We are making all possible efforts to raise this money as Keith does not have any kind of financial support for this transfusion or the home modifications. We would be extremely thankful if you could help by contributing towards his medical treatment and home modifications.
