My sister, Linda, needs your help…..

Linda’s 20-year battle with a severe lung ailment, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, has finally taken its toll. She has been in the ICU since New Year’s Eve and has just gotten “listed” for a DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT @ UC San Diego.

She will remain in the ICU until a “match” is found. I am asking family and friends to join me in fundraising for the non-profit HELP HOPE LIVE to help with expenses Linda will face immediately after surgery.

The costs of lodging and meals near the transplant center where she is required to stay for a minimum of 3 months following discharge is not covered by insurance.

Linda has always been the one to be thinking of others; the one to be concerned about everyone else’s wellbeing; the one always praying for family and friends; she’s always there to lend a helping hand. Now, she needs our help.
