My Husband Louis Desperately Needs Your Help

Louis had a long battle with heart failure and now it has come to a critical point. My husband is now in need of a transplant to survive. We’re asking family and friends to join us in fundraising for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help with critical expenses Louis will face immediately after surgery.

Louis has always lived a positive and productive life despite his chronic health condition. Louis never let health challenges get in his way of achieving his dreams including marrying his lovely wife, Tanya. Louis’ positive attitude and lifestyle helped him avoid the inevitable for a long time but now his heart is only functioning at 10% and he needs our help.

While Louis has health insurance many transplant expenses are surprisingly not covered such as the monthly anti-rejection medications he needs to take for the life of his new heart. Louis has been told to anticipate upwards of $6,000 per month for just medications alone.
