Lynda Croft

In 2022, Lynda Croft was diagnosed with Danons Disease. This condition is hereditary, and slowly destroys every part of the body. Two of our children, Franky and Alex, inherited the affliction. While Alex has received an experimental treatment intended to slow or stop the damage to his organs, Franky succumbed to the disease November 29, 2024 when his heart gave out. Lynda’s life has been extended through use of a pacemaker, but after many hospital stays, and her second heart attack, the only treatment left is heart transplant.

Family and friends of Lynda Croft are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant. Lynda has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
