Hello my name is Maria, I am from Mexico and I now live in Milwaukee WI. I joined the Help Hope Live foundation so that I am able to fundraise for medication expenses and to also have a second chance in being able to live a normal and healthier life after the kidney transplant.

The hospital where I’ll be receiving my treatment has asked me to join Help Hope Live so that I may receive financial support towards medications since they can be very costly. I am looking forwards to receiving my transplant in the near future and I am currently in the donor wait list. I was first diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease in 2016 and has further progressed to stage 4.

Family and friends of Maria Morales are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
