Dear Friends & Neighbors,
Mark Fulton and Jessica Erke, both lifelong residents of Saint Augustine, FL, want to thank all of you for the support you have given them over the last several months during Mark’s transplant journey. As you know, Mark was on the liver transplant waiting list at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, and on October 25th he received his gift of life — his liver transplant. Now he is on the road to better health and healing and continues to need many prayers and wishes from all of you.

Even with insurance, Mark will have many uninsured transplant-related expenses, such as: co-pays and deductibles, doctor visits and the costly immunosuppressant medications that he will need to take for the rest of his life. This presents a financial challenge the family cannot meet alone.

To help with these expenses, a fundraising campaign in Mark’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive (formerly NTAF), a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for nearly 30 years.
