Hi,
My name is Martha Finch and I have Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). I am in need of a double lung transplant and am on the transplant list. I need help with medical expenses. I also have to re-locate to Jacksonville to be near Mayo Clinic. I am 53 years old and and a wife, mother and grandmother. I am a teacher, but no longer able to work due to my condition. I appreciate any help that you can give.
