Hi,

I am Mary Jane. Married with 2 kids ages 21 and 11. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. It’s been a fight for my life since then. I’ve been in and out of the hospital since then.

Last week, I was listed as a patient needing bilateral lung transplant. My insurance will cover the surgery but I have to cover the relocation cost and of course, food, transportation and other essentials. While relocated, I also have a mortgage to pay and other bills. My husband is my primary caregiver and he also won’t be able to work after my surgery. My son will be the alternate care giver.

Family and friends, I am raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with my bilateral lung transplantation.
