Massimo Afiuni

Massimo came into this world on June 27, 2016, and he’s already 7 years old. He exudes an incredible spirit, radiating joy, affection, and sweetness. Massimo is a remarkable young boy, a true fighter in every sense. At the tender age of 10 months, he was diagnosed with a rare and challenging condition known as Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome (WHS). Despite facing numerous obstacles along the way, Massimo remains determined to make progress. Some of the challenges he has to overcome and he is currently working hard to progress are: Cleft lip and palate, Coloboma and ptosis of his right eye, Seizure disorder, Developmental delays, incontinence of feces and urine, Chromosomal disorder, Cerebral atrophy, Duane Syndrome and Failure to thrive.
