Nehemiah Stovall

Nehemiah is 23 years old and after years of struggling with cardiomyopathy he needs a heart transplant. The heart transplant is the last option for Nehemiah to have a healthy normal life. Presently, he is connected to a balloon pump which helps to support his heart. He lives in the hospital and cannot come home. Waiting for a heart transplant and the financial cost of the transplant can be overwhelming.

Nehemiah grew up in East Saint Louis, Illinois and attended the East Saint Louis Senior High School. He attends the Lively Stone Church of God in Saint Louis. A few years after graduating high school he enrolled in the local community college to achieve higher education in the Aerospace Engineering Industry. However, he caught a cold which turned into pneumonia. Pneumonia caused a virus to attack his heart and he was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy. Nehemiah eagerly looks forward to continuing his education
