My name is Michael Robinson. At this time I am in the final stage of Renal disease. In need of a kidney transplant, I am reaching out to you for help with the medical expenses. I will need this transplant to live. We’re asking friends & family to join us in fundraising for the non-profit Help Hope Live to assist with critical expenses. The cost of out of pocket medical expenses cannot be met without the help from others.

I have great hope that we will all reach in our pockets. This money will & can only be used for medical expenses. I will have a chance to live & see my grandchildren grow up, graduate and get married. I am the only male role model in their life. I am asking for all of us to stay a family & give me the chance to see them grow up to become adults.

Even though I have health insurance, many transplant expenses are surprisingly not covered such as anti-rejection medication that I will need to take for the rest of my life once I receive my new kidney.
