Minnie Williams

Family and friends of Minnie Williams are coming together to raise funds through the nonprofit Help Hope Live to support the significant out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with a life-saving lung transplant.

Minnie is a 41-year-old devoted wife, loving mother of three daughters and one bonus daughter. About two years ago, she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure—and on October 7, 2024, after being hospitalized, she received a second life-altering diagnosis: interstitial lung disease, both complications stemming from scleroderma. These conditions have led to the need of a complex and high-risk lung transplant, likely followed by an extended hospital stay and intensive recovery process.

Despite these challenges, Minnie remains a woman of unshakable faith, strength, and love. She has always poured her heart into caring for her family and making a difference in the lives of students as an elementary school Teacher’s Assistant. Today, she relies on oxygen 24/7, but her greatest hope is to return to the life she once knew—full of energy, joy, and the simple moments with her loved ones.
