Hello, I’m Nick Castro and I am raising money for kidney transplantation. I’m from North Augusta S.C. and currently live in Atlanta G.A. where I will have my transplant. I’ve been on dialysis since 2005 and a heart patient my entire life. Due to the cost of transplant/post transplant expenses it is necessary people such as myself to raise money.
