Diagnosed with Systemic Lupus 12 years ago, Nono “Cynthia” Osuji is now fighting for her life. Courageously battling end-stage kidney failure, Nono shared her story with the world and publicly asked for a kidney in September 2022.

In an incredible turn of events, Nono received a message from fellow Ursuline Academy of Dallas class of 1999 alumnae Megan Nauslar Neitzel a couple of weeks later: “I have the answer for you. I have a kidney for you. And it is a perfect match, and I will be donating it to you.”

Now that she has a donor, Nono needs your help. With an ambitious goal of $30,000, this “Fight for Life” recovery fund will help Nono prepare for her surgery and months of recovery. We’d love for you to join this fight and help Nono get back to living her life to the fullest!
