Hi, My name is Paige Montgomery and in 2013 , I suffered a severe brain aneurysm and stroke. Which left me paralyzed on my left side!

My brain aneurysm and stroke was very severe! The doctors treating my medical condition, didn’t pull any punches with my family! They had discovered after my Neurosurgeon Dr. Babu Welch with UTSOUTHWESTERN Medical Center in Dallas knew he had to discover quickly why I had such a severe brain bleed and stroke to help prevent another one from happening.

At which time he diagnosed myself with a progressive brain disease and no cure called Moya Moya. Which is a narrowing of the blood vessels at the base of the brain causing you to have multiple strokes and seizures! I was transferred to Pate Rehabilitation specializing in TBI. I lived onsite for almost one year and had an AMAZING RECOVERY! I continue to be under constant doctors care and I am in physical and Occupational therapy to continue on my journey to recovery.

My medical expenses are quite costly and my prescription costs can even be in the thousands of dollars because I have to use specialty medications to keep me alive! I am looking for this fundraiser to help me with my tremendous medical expenses and prescription costs! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RETURN TO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT DUE TO MY POOR HEALTH CONDITION.
