I was born & raised in Fairbanks. I graduated from Lathrop High School. I was security at the Carlson Center when it opened. I spent several years in Seward, followed by a few more in Kenai.
While I would love to return to Alaska someday. I doubt it will ever happen. Maybe a visit, but not to live.

Hello Friends, Family, and extended Family,

So updating this for 2018, I no longer am seeking a live transplant. Rather I am am hoping technology might be my savior. Since I need a 2nd insurer and even then it means I would need $30,000. a month for the medications. I am not pursuing that. The plan is to hopefully get an artificial kidney f some type. 3d printed or stem cell grown or whatever works. But no anti rejection drugs. And then we will worry about financing the procedure then. My goal now is to raise funds for an Oxygen Generator a charging unit and a double sized battery. My cost as Medicaid wont cover it, is just under $3,100.00 Which I believe is a meet-able goal.

I appreciate any help you can give. My condition prevents me from working and further SSI requires I not make more than $250. a month or they will take away my funding all together. While it is a pittance, its all I have. So I am dependent on the charity of others. As the Obama care rules prevent me from having a 2nd charity insurer. And I cant get medicare till 65.

As of now I am a type 1 diabetic with Gastroparethsis. And I am a dialysis patient 3 days a week 4 hours a day to stay alive. Treatment takes its toll but the side effects are the tough part. I must use a push cart in public as my balance is shot. I cant feel anything below the knees. I havent gone pee in over 4 years. And the gastroparethsis or GP for short is never ending. That causes me to have uncontrollable nausea and vomiting.
